Example Itinerary

Day One - Welcome to Whitehorse, the Wilderness City. On arrival, pick up your rental car at the airport and drive to your hotel accommodation. Check into your accommodation, try on your winter gear and relax before your first night out looking for the lights.

You will visit the Aurora Centre for a relaxing evening around the campfire. Share stories and enjoy some delicious snacks while the lights cascade in the sky.

Day Two - Take part in your choice of winter activity; visit a musher camp and learn about the dogsledding world in the Yukon, or visit the Wildlife Preserve for a close-up encounter with Yukon's animals and relax afterwards at the Eclipse Nordic Hotsprings.

In the evening, you’ll head out to the Aurora Centre for another night of Northern Lights viewing!

Day Three - Leisure morning to explore Whitehorse downtown before your last night chasing the Auroras.

Going on a night snowmobile trip in the Yukon is probably one of the coolest ways to experience the Northern Lights! Get away from the city lights and ride under the stars to experience the aurora in an unforgettable way.

Day Four - Departure day. Enjoy a last stroll on the Yukon River and some souvenir shopping before driving back to the airport for your flight home.
